The Contradiction - A Short Story
The train halts at the station.
A kid aged around 12 years gets into
the train with a school bag on his back.
He is in his school uniform.
He chats
happily with his mother, who has accompanied him.
His eyes are star lit as he
recounts the days activities.

the train with a school bag on his back.
He is in a pant & a shirt.
He
opens his bag & takes out a bundle of notebooks. "Dus ka ek, pandhra ka do.
Lelo. A4 notebook. Dus ka ek, pandhra ka do. Lelo lelo. Itna sasta kahi nahi milega,"
he says.
His eyes are star lit as a passenger buys 4 notebooks from him.
